OUR POLICIES

Orders
Professional print orders may be placed on-line with your credit card, or you can contact me in writing, by phone or via e-mail with your order and pay by check. Final print orders are custom printed by hand and take three to six weeks to complete.

Terms
• The session fee is due at the time of the session.
• Enlargement/reprint orders require a 50% deposit at the time of the order.
• Balance for enlargements/reprints due with final delivery.
• A $1,000 deposit and your signed contract are required to reserve your wedding date.
• Balance and any additional per-hour fees are due one month prior to the wedding.
• Additional hourly wedding coverage is billed at $175 per hour, beginning 15 minutes into the first additional hour, and is not subject to pro-rating.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination for all products and services.

Cosmetics Returns
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your cosmetics products, simply return the unused portions within two weeks of the purchase date for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Tax
Tax is not included in reprint and enlargement prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
